Hansoh Pharmaceutical Group Co. (HNSPF) entered a strategic collaboration and licensing agreement with Roche Holding AG (RHHBY) covering a portfolio of antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) programs targeting multiple cancer types, with potential milestone payments exceeding $15 billion. Under the terms, Hansoh receives a $400 million upfront payment and a $110 million first-anniversary payment, plus tiered royalties on future product sales. Milestone payments are contingent on development, regulatory approvals and commercialization. The deal covers two preclinical ADC programs developed by Hansoh and multiple programs based on Roche-proposed targets using Hansoh's proprietary ADC platform. Hansoh will lead early development through global Phase 1a trials; Roche will oversee subsequent worldwide development and commercialization, excluding mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, where Hansoh retains rights. It marks the second ADC collaboration between the companies. RHHBY traded at $58.86, up 3.01%; HNSPF closed at $4.25, unchanged on the OTC Markets.
