Rithm Capital Posts $253.3 Million Q3 Profit, Beats Analyst Estimates

Rithm Capital (RITM) on Friday reported third-quarter net income of $253.3 million, or 38 cents per share, topping Wall Street expectations. Adjusted for non-recurring costs, the New York-based real estate investment trust earned 55 cents per share, ahead of the 51-cent average estimate from three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research. Revenue for the period reached $1.76 billion, also exceeding forecasts of $1.49 billion from three Zacks analysts.
