ResMed Q1 Profit Rises to $418.4 Million, Revenue Up 5.9%

ResMed Inc. (RMD.AX) reported first-quarter net income of $418.413 million, or $2.92 per share, up from $348.536 million, or $2.37 per share, a year earlier, the company said. Adjusted earnings came in at $418 million, or $2.91 per share. Revenue for the quarter rose 5.9% to $1.414 billion from $1.335 billion last year. The company issued full-year EPS guidance of $12.00 to $12.25 and revenue guidance of $5.75 billion to $5.85 billion.
