TransCode Presents Phase 1a TTX-MC138 Data Showing No Dose-Limiting Toxicities; RNAZ Falls 1.73%
TransCode Therapeutics Inc. (RNAZ) reported Phase 1a data for TTX-MC138, an RNA-based therapy targeting metastatic cancers, showing the study met its primary safety endpoint with no dose-limiting toxicities. The results were presented at the ESMO Congress 2026 in Madrid. The drug was dosed once every 28 days across four levels from 0.8 mg/kg to 4.8 mg/kg in previously treated advanced solid tumor patients. Plasma exposure rose dose-dependently, disease stabilization was observed across the heavily pretreated population, and extended progression-free intervals occurred in a subset of patients, alongside exploratory signals of antitumor immune activity. TTX-MC138 targets microRNA-10b and is also in a Phase 2a trial under the PRE-I-SPY program with Quantum Leap Healthcare Collaborative. RNAZ traded at $1.74, down 1.73%.
