Silgan Holdings Q3 Profit Falls to $105 Million Despite 1.6% Revenue Growth

Silgan Holdings Inc. (SLGN) reported third-quarter earnings of $105.0 million, or $0.99 per share, down from $113.3 million, or $1.06 per share, a year earlier. Adjusted earnings came in at $138.4 million, or $1.31 per share. Revenue rose 1.6% to $2.040 billion from $2.008 billion. The packaging maker guided fourth-quarter EPS to a range of $0.76 to $0.86 and full-year EPS to $3.83 to $3.93.
