SciSparc (SPRC) said its subsidiary NeuroThera Labs (NTLX.V) has completed manufacturing and secured batch release certification for SCI-110, an investigational Tourette syndrome treatment in adults, clearing the way for shipment of clinical supplies and the start of patient enrollment in an FDA-approved Phase IIb study. The trial will run at three sites: Yale Child Study Center at Yale School of Medicine in the U.S., Hannover Medical School in Germany, and Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center in Israel. All three have completed site initiation and are prepared to receive the drug, with NeuroThera expecting to ship supplies in the near term. SCI-110 is an oral, cannabinoid-based candidate combining dronabinol and palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) in a single formulation. The Phase IIb study evaluates efficacy, safety and tolerability in adults with Tourette syndrome. SPRC was trading at $1.21, down 9.37%. NTLX.V traded at CAD 1.61, down 3.01%.
