Stag Industrial Inc.'s real estate investment trust reported third-quarter funds from operations of $129.8 million, or 66 cents per share, on Tuesday, a key profitability measure watched by REIT investors. The Boston-based company recorded net income of $70.7 million, or 37 cents per share, for the period, according to its earnings snapshot. Revenue came in at $231 million. Funds from operations adjusts net income by adding back items such as depreciation and amortization.
