Sun Communities Q3 Earnings Climb to $120.7 Million as Revenue Edges Up 0.4%

Sun Communities Inc. (SUI) reported third-quarter net income of $120.7 million, or $1.00 per share, up sharply from $8.5 million, or $0.07 per share, a year earlier. Revenue rose 0.4% to $558.2 million from $555.9 million. The company guided next-quarter EPS to a range of $0.36 to $0.44, and projected a full-year loss of $6.65 to $6.57 per share on a GAAP basis.
