SolarWinds Signs 100,000-Square-Foot Lease at Austin's Zilker Point for New Headquarters

SolarWinds Corporation has signed a 100,000-square-foot lease at Zilker Point, a seven-story building at 218 South Lamar Boulevard in Austin, making it the property's first tenant since its 2024 completion, the Austin Business Journal reported. The lease covers roughly half of the building's 191,000-square-foot floorplan. SolarWinds expects to move from its current Austin headquarters at 7171 Southwest Parkway in fall 2027. The company employs 400 people in the Texas capital. The deal adds to momentum in Austin's office market, which has drawn Apollo Global Management's second headquarters and Hines' $151 million purchase of the 405 Colorado Street tower from Brandywine Realty Trust earlier this year. Endeavor is also developing two major projects in the area.
