Target to Offer $30 Thanksgiving Meal for Six, Expands Holiday Assortment

Target Corp. (TGT) announced Thursday it will offer a $30 Thanksgiving meal for six people and expand its holiday food and beverage lineup. The retailer's Good & Gather frozen turkey will be priced at 79 cents per pound starting in November, marking the third consecutive year at that price. The company is introducing nearly 60 new food and beverage items, including side dishes, desserts and appetizers, alongside expanded selections of $5 sides, pies and wine. Limited-time promotions will run from November 8 to November 29. Target also plans to add more than 200 new Threshold kitchen items, seasonal home décor and apparel. In pre-market trading, Target shares rose 0.31% to $152.86 on the New York Stock Exchange.
