Tango Therapeutics' Vopimetostat Combo Shows 82% Response Rate in Pancreatic Cancer Trial; Stock Falls 9.9% Pre-Market

Tango Therapeutics (TNGX) reported an 82% objective response rate for vopimetostat plus daraxonrasib in previously treated MTAP-deleted, RAS-mutant pancreatic cancer, with a Phase 3 registrational trial planned for the first half of 2027. Among 22 evaluable patients in the Phase 1/2 study, the combination achieved a 100% disease control rate and an 88% nine-month progression-free survival rate. Median PFS had not been reached at the August 20, 2026 data cutoff. The company said the combination was generally well-tolerated at dose level 1 and that it would proceed to front-line testing following FDA discussions. TNGX closed Thursday's session at $27.93, up 3.52%. In pre-market trading, the stock fell 9.92% to $25.20.
