Tractor Supply Hires Former Home Depot CIO Fahim Siddiqui as Chief Technology and Digital Officer

Tractor Supply Company (TSCO) named Fahim Siddiqui executive vice president and chief technology and digital officer, the rural retailer said Wednesday. He starts Monday and reports to President and CEO Hal Lawton. Siddiqui will oversee enterprise technology and digital operations, including digital infrastructure, business applications, digital commerce and cybersecurity, and will work to improve the customer experience. He previously served as executive vice president and chief information officer at The Home Depot from April 2022 to May 2025, after joining that company as senior vice president of information technology in December 2018. He brings more than 30 years of business and technology experience, including senior roles at Staples, Vidyo and Intralinks. The appointment comes as Tractor Supply reworks its digital strategy. The company has used AI to make last-mile deliveries more efficient and plans to apply it to delivery-time estimates.
