TXNM Energy Posts Higher Q3 Earnings and Revenue; Net Loss Widens to $163.4 Million

TXNM Energy, Inc. (TXNM) reported higher third-quarter earnings and revenue for fiscal 2026 on Friday, with ongoing earnings of $184.774 million, or $1.62 per share, up from $142.830 million, or $1.33 per share a year earlier. The electricity provider posted a net loss of $163.429 million, or $1.50 per share, for the three months ended September 30, compared with a net loss of $130.710 million, or $1.22 per share, in the prior-year period. Operating income rose to $271.088 million from $202.870 million, while electric operating revenues increased to $733.290 million from $647.162 million a year ago.
