Travelzoo Posts $2 Million Q3 Loss, Missing Analyst Estimates

Travelzoo (TZOO) reported a third-quarter loss of $2 million, or 20 cents per share, falling short of Wall Street expectations of a 9-cent loss based on a Zacks survey of four analysts. The New York-based media commerce company posted revenue of $22.9 million for the period, also missing forecasts. Analysts had projected $23 million. The results, announced Tuesday, reflect weaker-than-expected performance across both earnings and sales for the quarter.
