UniFirst Corp. (UNF) reported fourth-quarter earnings of $34.73 million, or $1.90 per share, down from $41.03 million, or $2.23 per share, in the same period last year, the company announced. Revenue for the quarter rose 5.0% to $645.01 million from $614.45 million a year earlier, according to GAAP figures. The profit decline came despite the top-line increase, with per-share earnings falling 33 cents year over year.
