UroGen Pharma Ltd. (URGN) reported final five-year follow-up results from its Phase 3 OLYMPUS study showing no progression to high-grade disease among patients treated with JELMYTO (mitomycin) for low-grade upper tract urothelial cancer. The stock fell 0.86% to $33.43 following the announcement. Among 41 patients who achieved a complete response after primary chemoablation, median duration of response was 47.8 months with a median follow-up of 28.1 months. In the long-term follow-up study of 20 patients, median duration of response was not estimable due to few events, with a median follow-up of 53.3 months. As of March 2025, 75% (15 of 20) of long-term follow-up patients remained event-free. The findings were published in Therapeutic Advances in Urology. JELMYTO is approved for adults with LG-UTUC as a kidney-sparing, non-surgical option.
