OpenTable and Visa Renew Partnership to Expand Dining Collection Across US, Canada, Mexico

OpenTable and Visa Inc. (V) announced Tuesday they will renew their agreement across the U.S., Mexico and Canada, expanding the Visa Dining Collection and adding a broader events program in those regions. Under the renewed deal, eligible Visa cardholders in Canada and Mexico gain exclusive access to sought-after restaurant reservations in Mexico City, Monterrey, Los Cabos and Cancun, plus Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary and surrounding areas. Cardholders will also access a new roster of exclusive dining events and experiences featuring renowned chefs and rising culinary stars. Visa shares were trading at $368.54, down 0.34 percent on the NYSE.
