Vicor Q3 Earnings Surge to $63.32 Million, Revenue Jumps 78.5%

Vicor Corp. (VICR) reported third-quarter earnings of $63.32 million, or $1.33 per share, up sharply from $28.29 million, or $0.63 per share, in the same period last year. Revenue for the quarter rose 78.5% to $197.11 million from $110.42 million a year earlier, the company said. The GAAP results reflect the power-module maker's improved profitability on both the top and bottom lines compared with the prior-year period.
