Ventas Q3 Profit Slips to $65.4 Million as Revenue Jumps 23.1%

Ventas Inc. (VTR) reported third-quarter earnings fell to $65.380 million, or $0.13 per share, from $66.047 million, or $0.14 per share, a year earlier, the real estate investment trust announced. Revenue for the period rose 23.1% to $1.831 billion from $1.488 billion last year. The company issued full-year EPS guidance of $0.64 to $0.67.
