Wesco International Q3 Profit Rises to $267.8 Million as Revenue Jumps 16.6% to $7.23 Billion

Wesco International Inc. (WCC) reported higher third-quarter earnings, with net income totaling $267.8 million, or $5.43 per share, compared with $187.5 million, or $3.79 per share, a year earlier. Excluding certain items, the company posted adjusted earnings of $284.4 million, or $5.77 per share. Revenue for the quarter rose 16.6% to $7.226 billion from $6.199 billion in the prior-year period.
