WD-40 Q4 Earnings Miss Analyst Estimates at $1.06 Per Share; Revenue Hits $176.8 Million

WD-40 Co. (WDFC) on Wednesday reported fiscal fourth-quarter earnings of $14.4 million, or $1.06 per share, falling short of Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was $1.11 per share. The San Diego-based maintenance and cleaning product company posted quarterly revenue of $176.8 million. For the full year, WD-40 reported profit of $82.3 million, or $6.08 per share, on revenue of $688 million. Looking ahead, the company expects full-year earnings of $6.40 to $6.70 per share, with revenue projected between $715 million and $735 million.
