Walmart will hold three holiday savings events spanning 14 days from November to December, a slight increase from the 10 total sale days it offered in its prior holiday season, the retailer announced Monday. Early Black Friday deals run from Nov. 12 to Nov. 15, the core Black Friday sale from Nov. 23 to Nov. 29, and Cyber Monday from Nov. 30 to Dec. 2. Paid Walmart+ subscribers will receive varying levels of early access to specific deals during the two Black Friday events. Unlike its prior-year announcement, Walmart did not preview specific products and instead highlighted that thousands of gifts will be priced below $20. Separately this month, the company launched a combined Walmart+ and Sam's Club Plus membership bundle at $120 a year, saving roughly $100 versus separate purchases. Telsey Advisory Group analysts said Walmart "should be another winner this holiday season," citing value-focused and discretionary products, and also flagged Target and Costco as expected strong performers.
