Wabash National Swings to Q3 Loss, Guides Q4 Revenue of $420M-$450M

Wabash National Corp. (WNC) reported a net loss attributable to common stockholders of $20.75 million, or $0.51 per share, for the third quarter of 2026, reversing net income of $39.98 million, or $0.97 per share, a year earlier, the industrial manufacturer said Thursday. Adjusted loss per share widened to $0.63 from $0.51, while adjusted EBITDA swung to a loss of $10.45 million from $5.48 million. Loss from operations was $20.03 million versus income of $57.65 million a year ago. Net sales rose to $476.41 million from $381.60 million. For the fourth quarter of 2026, the company guided revenue to $420 million to $450 million and an adjusted loss per share of $0.75 to $0.55. Wabash shares closed Wednesday at $13.82, up 0.22% on the New York Stock Exchange.
