About Ticklex
Ticklex publishes structured market signals. We turn scattered financial news into event-level signals, tag the companies involved, and give each one three readings — impact, direction and source certainty — so readers can quickly decide what deserves a closer look.

Why Ticklex
Far more financial news is published every day than anyone can read. The same event is often reported many times, from different angles and in different languages, while the details that actually matter are buried in long articles.
Ticklex structures first, so you can read selectively. Each story becomes a signal that shows what happened, who is involved, how much it may matter and how reliable the report is. You can take that in within seconds, then decide whether to open the original and check the details.
What a signal contains
- Event summary
- A concise account of what happened, available in several languages.
- Related tickers
- The companies, securities or market themes the event primarily concerns.
- IMP — impact
- 0–10. How much the event matters for the related ticker. Under our scoring rules most routine news falls between 3 and 6; only events that may change a company’s fundamentals reach 7 or above.
- SNT — direction
- −1 to +1. Whether the event leans negative or positive for the related ticker; 0 means neutral or mixed.
- CONF — source certainty
- 0–100%. Based on the type of source behind the report: official first-hand disclosures rank highest, rumors and speculation lowest.
- Time and original
- When the signal was published, in your local time and US Eastern time, with a link to the original report where available.
Our principles
- Traceable sources
- Signals link to the original report where available. Summaries are a guide to the news, not a substitute for the original reporting.
- Open methodology
- We publish what each reading means, how it is banded and where it falls short, so you can decide how to use it.
- Honest about AI
- Signals are produced by automated workflows and AI models. Nothing is labeled as human-reviewed without a review record.
- No investment advice
- Signals help you decide what to pay attention to. They are not recommendations to buy or sell.
